Sarah Mastromatteo

Sarah began cake decorating 10 years ago – needless to say, she fell in love with the art! She has completed the entire Wilton program and has upgraded her skills in various areas; studying the PME courses at Klara Johnson’s,  Lambeth method with Wendy Kromer of Martha Stewart Weddings , Australian Stringwork with Toba Garrett as well as gumpaste work with CCDG.  She took on the challenge of modeling on her own and then refined her skills with Klara.  Sarah has taught  a number of basic modeling classes at Klara Johnson’s.  Her enthusiasm and bubbly personality is delightful and her willingness to share cake decorating experiences is enjoyed by her students.
