Shelby Farquhar

Cake decorating has been a passion of mine since childhood.  I began decorating cakes in elementary school and entered them into the school fair.  Although the designs were basic, it was the beginning of my love of cake decorating.  I studied culinary art at Liason College and it is here where I heard about Klara.  I took several classes with her to refine my skills.  I have worked in the baking industry for a number of years gaining experience in both production and teaching.  I am very much looking forward to welcoming you into my classes!
