We’re excited to launch this new division of Klara Johnson’s. In our infancy, we are adding products on a weekly basis and we invite you to come back to see what we have added. In the meantime, if you are looking for a particular item, and do not see it, please send us an email with your request and we will do our best to meet your needs.

We’ve put products into catalogues to make your search easy, but if you’re having difficulty finding an item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our mandate is to offer you quality products and customer service.

Tips on using the online store!

Create an account. This way you can keep items in your cart and come back at any time to shop. Your shipping details will be stored so you don’t have to enter them each time you return to our store. Also, from time to time, we will have promotions and specials for our online customers only.

If you used the back button (left arrow) to navigate backward, it will pop you out of the store. Just click the REFRESH button, then the RETRY button and it will put you back to where you were.

We have tried to keep shipping at a reasonable, flat rate charge. If there is a bulky or heavy shipment or the shipment option was incorrectly selected, we will contact you should any additional charges apply prior to sending your order.

Payment is by Paypal. This way you can be sure of a secure payment with your credit card and if you have a Paypal account you can use it. Once you have confirmed your order, you will enter into the Paypal system – just a note, your screen will be blank for a few seconds before Paypal appears on your screen.
