Pulled Sugar Classes

PULLED SUGAR FOR THE CAKE DECORATOR      MAXIMUM of 6 STUDENTS

• a basic class to introduce you to the area of pulled and blown sugar
• learn to make the sugar including colouring 
• learn casting 
• pulling technique will include ribbons, bows and flowers
• blowing technique will include spheres
• basic sugar pump is included in fee
  
  PLEASE BRING:  cotton gloves, latex gloves, pencil , apron and scissors
  
  PREREQUISITE: none
  
  note: all other materials not listed above are provided in class
